Online Excel to PDF Converter
Need to send a report, price list or estimate so the table looks the same for everyone? Upload XLS, XLSX or ODS files and the service turns each workbook into its own PDF. Every sheet is included, and the print areas, page orientation and Fit to Page scaling saved in your file are applied automatically. Conversion runs on our server with LibreOffice, so you don't need Excel or any other software installed. Upload up to 20 spreadsheets at once and download each PDF from its own link. It's free, requires no registration and adds no watermarks.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I convert Excel to PDF online?
- Upload an XLS, XLSX or ODS file, click Convert to PDF and download the result from the link. No registration or software installation is required.
- Are all sheets of the workbook included?
- Yes, every sheet of the workbook goes into the PDF. If you don't need a sheet, delete it or copy the data you need into a separate file before uploading.
- Why did my wide table split across several pages?
- If no scaling is set in the file, columns that don't fit the page width move to extra pages. In Excel open Page Layout, choose Fit All Columns on One Page and landscape orientation, save the file and upload it again.
- Is the print area respected?
- Yes. If a print area is defined in Excel, only that range ends up in the PDF. It's a handy way to leave out scratch calculations and helper columns.
- Can I convert several spreadsheets at once?
- Yes, you can upload up to 20 files with a total size of up to 100 MB. Each workbook becomes a separate PDF with its own download link.
- Will formulas be kept in the PDF?
- A PDF stores what is visible on the page: calculated values, formatting, charts and cell borders. The formulas themselves are not carried over, and your original Excel file stays with you.
- Is it safe to upload spreadsheets with data?
- Files are processed only for conversion and are never published. Source spreadsheets and finished PDFs are automatically deleted from the server within 48 hours.
- Are there limits or watermarks?
- There are no watermarks, and the service is free with no sign-up. The only limit is up to 20 files per upload with a total size of up to 100 MB.
