Online PowerPoint to PDF Converter
Need to share a deck with someone who doesn't have PowerPoint, or attach slides to an email, application or school assignment? Upload PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX or ODP files and the service turns each presentation into its own PDF, one slide per page. Conversion runs on our server with LibreOffice, so there's nothing to install. The PDF opens on any computer or phone, looks the same everywhere and is easy to print as handouts. Animations and video are not kept, since the result is a static document. The service is free, with no registration and no watermarks.
When to Convert a Presentation to PDF
- Email and messengers — a PDF is usually lighter than the original deck and opens without PowerPoint.
- School and project defenses — many teachers and committees ask for slides in PDF format.
- Handouts — slides are easy to print or send to attendees after a meeting.
- Sales proposals — clients see your design exactly as intended, without shifted layouts or swapped fonts.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I convert a PowerPoint presentation to PDF online?
- Upload a PPT, PPTX or ODP file, click Convert to PDF and download the result from the link. You don't need PowerPoint installed.
- Are animations and videos kept?
- No. PDF is a static format: each slide is saved in its final state, as it looks at the end of its build. Animations, transitions, video and audio are not carried over.
- Are speaker notes included in the PDF?
- No, only the slides themselves are included. If the recipient needs your notes, move the key text onto the slides or send it as a separate document.
- Why did the font change in my PDF?
- If the presentation uses an uncommon font that isn't embedded in the file, it is replaced with a similar one. To avoid this, stick to common fonts or turn on font embedding in PowerPoint before saving.
- Can I convert several presentations at once?
- Yes, up to 20 files with a total size of up to 100 MB. Each presentation becomes a separate PDF.
- How can I make the resulting PDF smaller?
- Slides with lots of photos can produce a heavy PDF. Run it through the Compress PDF tool to fit email and portal size limits.
- Is it safe to upload presentations?
- Files are processed only for conversion and are never published. Source presentations and finished PDFs are automatically deleted from the server within 48 hours.
